Either ASUS web site is poorly labeled or I'm going blind.

I can't find a list of compatible RAM for the P5K-E that I want to order.

Please advise.

I currently have Kingston PC2-6400 800MHz DDR2
model No. KHX6400D2LLK2/2GR

Thanks

Not sure if you're wondering if your current memory is compatible, or if you want a list of all the compatible memory for it. In any case, they list a very similar part number (KHX6400D2LLK2/1GN). You can download the manual from the Asus support website.

Hey thanks. I already looked at the manual and it wasn't on the list. But seeing your reply made me go to Kingston's site. They have a great website and it says it is compatible.

Props :bounce:

Always best to check the RAM mfg site for compatibility because the mobo mfgs simply can't test all RAM. When a mfg talks about RAM compatibility, they mean they've tested it. It doesn't mean there isn't other RAM that will work.

No problem. I had the manual on my system, since I just bought one. I've got a funky problem with my USB devices right now, but other than that, I'm pretty happy with it.
