Freezing my system during installing skystar usb driver

Hello,as soon as I insert my skystar usb 2 into my pc and starting installing driver the system crash, and no function work but one way is to shut the power off, the skystar works well in other pcs!!!!!

Yes, I did with all the 4 USB slots in my pc
all the USB slots working well with any other device like printers, scanners, and mass storages.

Try to check if there is relevant BIOS update for you (do not update your BIOS if there is no important need to do so) that concerning to your problem.
