I want to know if i should change anything?

Also, if i can overclock this computer AT ALL. I have an intel brand board, and i heard they cant overclock well... But keeping in mind, i cant change my mobo or CPU..

Suggestions??

I think it has to do with the amount of people who overclock Intel boards. They're not as many as other brands' overclockers.

 

I would get a tried & true overclocker like P5K, DS3L, IP35-E, etc. The rest look good except maybe the PSU. Get an Earthwatt or Corsair. I can't tell how much wattages you need unless you tell us about the video card.

Yup, but P5B is P965 chipset which is last gen. Wouldn't you want current-gen P35? Well, it's your pc.

For that lowly 8600gt, the pc can go with a 325W psu at the minimum. If you plan to upgrade the gpu, get something bigger. I'm not liking the Ultra. Again, it's your pc. You want it to last long or not. Up to you:
