Upgraded OS from XP professional to VISTA BUSINESS and I am unable to set up fax.
I have, installed, and working perfectly under XP PRO a SMART LINK 56K VOICE MODEM from AZTECH - model MSP2950.
Could someone help?

Sorry to have to inform you Aztech does not list Vista as being a supported device.

Look for MSP2900 driver, you could try the XP one but there is a good chance it wont work.
