Hey guys,
I recently put together my own computer, with alot of help from this forum at the Homebuilt Section. 
However, after a few days, I noticed my download speed is very very slow. When I was still on my old XP, download speeds were in the 300-400 kbps.
Now, after installing Vista, the speeds are like 13-20 kbps. I don't know what could have caused such a drastic drop as I havent changed any of my router settings.
I also tried disabling the Windows Firewall, but that didn't help. I hope you guys can help me, and i look forward to your inputs.
