I would change to this case/PSU, don't know about the power supply with the one you chose. The Antec is proven unit.

The PSU for that case should work, if you upgrade the machine, e.g., quad core or video, or decide to significantly overclock, chuckm is right, you'll want a better PSU. The sized of the hdd really depends on how much data you have and how much data you're planning on accumulating in the near future. See how much space you're using now and then at least double it but don't get less than 160GB given the price of the 80GB. If you really need to cut the cost, you could go with an 8600GT but you'll take a gaming hit but you can always upgrade later but if you can keep the ATI, best to

If you plan to OC the CPU the E2160 is fine, else get a E6550. Also get a good PSU. See:
