Video graphics card errors

Hello,
My computer has been working fine, until I installed Sims Medieval-Pirates and Nobles. Then, it got all pixel-y on the screen. I uninstalled it, and now my whole computer is doing it now. It only lets me go to Safe Mode, and I can't log in. Even in safe mode the screen looks all pixel-y and weird colored. I think it's a video graphics card issue, but I don't know all that much about computers and I really am not sure.

Consider using another computer to download drivers for your graphics card to a pen drive for install on unit giving you problems.

or

If anything is readable on monitor, delete graphics drivers and reboot to have them reinstalled.
