In all honestly, any of them are good. I bet you wouldn't notice the difference between any of them.

I've used them all. I can't tell the difference. Just find what you're looking for and go with the best price.

Micron/Crucial(same company) since Micron D9G** chips are the best overclockers for DDR2 at the moment. Corsair doesn't get much credit in my opinion, as they tend to use the cheapest chips possible for any given model. Most companies have some products that are good for overclocking and others that aren't.

2x2GB kit would serve you best if you get something at DDR2-800 speeds, which should allow for up to 400MHz FSB or a bit more when overclocking.

Personally, I'm partial to Kingston's HyperX series, but I havn't looked up the quality of their RAM since I built my rig (Back in Dec 2005). Never had any problems with their stuff before, though. Used about 10 pairs total.

Crucial has 3 2x2GB kits, one is PC2-6400, one is PC2-5300, and the other is PC2-4200. These are not in the Ballistix line, just normal Crucial.

You shouldn't find an issue with ram from any manufacturer if you get DDR2-800, as that is enough overclocking and performance room for most situations.
