Hm, it depends, if you want the extra fps the oc version has, and like to keep the warranty, go for the oc version, however if the 30$ is that important to you get the normal version, its entirely your choice, we cannot decide whether your personal preference is for $$$ or for a bit of extra performance, however i personally chose the bfg oc 8800gt... but that was because the extra 30$ didn't worry me if i could keep my warranty...
yeah, inside USA if u registered withen 1 month. u can overclock it. without voiding the warrenty. tho if u take the stock HSF then u void the warrenty.
