Do You Recommend XFX 8800GT XXX (670Mhz/1950MHZ) against XFX 8800GT 600Mhz/1800MHZ that more Expensive (30$) ?? How much Difference Between them??

That depends on who you are.

If you like to OC, get the regular one, you can OC it pass 700MHz.

If you like to keep your warranty, get the XXX. It's already OC'ed for you.

I like to think that the OC'ed version is a better gpu, thus you can OC higher.

I like to keep Warranty, I don't want to OC it. BUt 30$ is important for me. Which one is Better For money?

Hm, it depends, if you want the extra fps the oc version has, and like to keep the warranty, go for the oc version, however if the 30$ is that important to you get the normal version, its entirely your choice, we cannot decide whether your personal preference is for $$$ or for a bit of extra performance, however i personally chose the bfg oc 8800gt... but that was because the extra 30$ didn't worry me if i could keep my warranty...

Don't know if it's different outside the U.S. but this line from the XFX warranty page,means overclocking is covered.

"Even for those of you who know how to push our cards to the limits, if anything goes wrong, we’ll service it free of charge"

yeah, inside USA if u registered withen 1 month. u can overclock it. without voiding the warrenty. tho if u take the stock HSF then u void the warrenty.
