Choice of HD for Vista?
Dec 8, 2008, 5:01 AM
I am undecided which drive to use for installing vista, i am spending about £1500 on my new build, and i had planned to go with both:
640GB SERIAL ATA II/16MB CACHE
1000GB SERIAL ATA II/ 32MB CACHE
Which would be fastest? I could switch one of them for a 300GB Velociraptor, but it would cost about £150 more, so i dont know if its worth it.

The terabyte would probably be the fastest. Which specific models are they?
