HD3850 fitting

i want to know if the gecube radeon hd3850 will fit into the mobo gigabyte p35-ds3
from pictures it seems that the video card is touching those things in the right of the pciex port
also, it seems that the video card is longer than the width of the mobo
i dunno if this will fit into my case too

also, if the card will fit perfectly, with no space left, how i'm supposed to connect the pciex molex from the power supply unit ? is the connector placed in the right of hte video card, where it's no space left ?

HD 3850 23CM or 9.05"

Chieftec OKG case probably 17-18" length?
