Disk defragmenter unmovable files

have a problem i haven`t anymore disk space because is too match green colours unmovable files?

Unmovable files are usually the pagefile.sys, the space on the HDD reserved for moving and storing processes and applications between the RAM and the HDD. Can you cut and paste some of your folders and files to another HDD or an external HDD or other media?
