Im about to purchase a Q6600 but im a little confused.

Browsing Overclockers.co.uk i can find a Intel Core 2 Quad Pro Q6600 "Energy Efficient SLACR 95W Edition" 2.40GHz (1066FSB) with ease.

What is confusing me is i cant tell if this is the "GO" Q6600 or not as i hear that is much better.

Any help would be great.

G0 has been out for a while. It might actually be hard to find one that isn't G0. good luck

I just got mine from Amazon. Same price as locally but no sales tax and no shipping charges. **AND** they guarantee to sell you the SLACR stepping (G0)
