Help, does anyone have the Maxtor BANC1BMO firmware?

My test computer's bios does not recognize this drive on boot-up. When I unplug and replug the drive's power during boot, the drive is recognized. According to other forum users, the drive's Stagger and Start feature is causing this issue.

When this drive was in the Back Plane, I never encountered this issue because pin 11 was grounded. Without the Back Plane, the drive will not boot properly without the corrected firmware.

I tried contacting Seagate (Maxtor) but they said they do not have that firmware.
