What is the difference between a P5K Deluxe/WiFi and a P5K Premium/WiFi... I am considering one of those boards over the Abit IP35 Pro that I have chosen "so far".

I went and printed out all the spec's from Asus' website and compared them, that is the only difference I saw was the audio, so I am still confused as to why choose one over the other if they are the same (except for 1 small non-performance related difference).

Get the IP 35 Pro. You can line all 3 up side by side on newegg and choose the one with the best features for you.
