Is this PSU a good one?

I just want to make sure I get the right PSU, haven't bought one yet for my new system that the parts are still coming in for. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817171018 is that a good brand ?

I have a thermaltake and it's been alright. As long as the wattage is sufficient, then you should be ok.

no. you should get the pc p&c 1kw PSU. core2duos require at least a kw. you'll need 2 of them for a core2quad. and then one each for your videocards. I'd say you're in for about $1200 in PSUs...

Read the list under 'dmroeder' thread. You will want to get a power supply in the Tier T, and above.
