I'm interested in maybe increasing the memory on my current rig. I have 2 GB of Patriot Extreme ddr2 800 that my mother board (1) doesn't have the voltage for (2.1V for memory that wants 2.2V) and (2) won't run with the specifed latency. (When I built my current rig, I was still learning and the "high performance" patriot memory was the same price as standard CAS 5 ddr2 800.)

So, currently I have this memory and and I'd like to add some more. Vista 64 bit. I will definitely get ddr2 800.

Here're the questions:
Does all the memory need to be at the same voltage?
What about latencies, can they be different? Do they just need to be set the same in the bios?
Is it mandatory (or nearly so, from the perspective of performance) that I get the very same kind of memory to match with my current memory, or can I get some thing else within certain parameters (like latency and voltage)?
