Hi Guys

I have just built a new pc with a Q9450 and a Gigabyte X48 DS4 motherboard.

I booted up and installed windows ok (both Windows XP and Windows Vista64). However, whenever I use CPU-z, its saying my clock speed is 1999.9MHz instead of the 2.66 I should be getting. I haven't done anything to it in the bios and therefore I don't understand what's going on. Can anyone give me any tips as to what might be happening. I've attached a screenshot of CPU-z.

Thanks
