Antec Nine Hundred Black Steel ATX Mid Tower Computer Case - Retail

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811129021&Tpk=Antec+Nine+Hundred

Best case ever made, case fans have a 3-speed setting, so if you find Medium or high too noisy, then try low (I use low at the moment and I find it pretty silent while still remaining very cool).

PC Power & Cooling Silencer 610 EPS12V EPS12V 610W Continuous @ 40°C Power Supply 100 - 240 V UL, cUL, CE, CB, TUV - Retail

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produ...7703005&Tpk=PC+Power+%26+Cooling+Silencer+610

Right now, I'd say this is by far the best deal for a top quality PSU in newegg, definitely worth it.

Arctic Silver Ceramique Thermal Compound - OEM

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835100009&Tpk=Arctic+Ceramique

And If you can afford this sound card, I definitely recommend you get it:

Creative Sound Blaster X-Fi XtremeGamer 7.1 Channels 24-bit 96KHz PCI Interface Sound Card - Retail

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16829102006

This is the cheapest X-Fi that does Hardware processing (Xtreme Audio does Software Processing), meaning that not only your games should sound A LOT better, but you will also offload some from the CPU.

I'd use a GA-P35-DS3L. Some people have no issues with ASUS, but it's not one thing in particular.. it's just that I don't want to ever have to deal with their useless overpriced crap ever again. Because that's what ASUS products look like to me, useless crap. But anyway this isn't the place or time to discuss my opinion.
