I was putting up a new computer last night and I'm having problem that the new Radeon HD3850 512mb video card. I put everything together, hooking it up to my Acer 22" LCD monitor via DVI, firing up the machine, blank screen but the PC is running. Checked all the hardware connections and power, everything seems fine. After a few tries of switching around DVI ports without success, I then hooked it up to my Sony Bravia LCD TV, then it works!

After installing Window XP and all the updated drivers, then I tried put it back with the Acer LCD monitor, still blank screen (window's loading up though, but the Acer monitor just read no signal from the video card).

Now I'm sure my Acer LCD monitor is working fine, I later connected it with my other PC w/ a Nvidia 8600GT video card and it's working as it should.

Is there anything else I can do before RMA'ing the card? Spent sometime searching online already without any success. Thanks.
