I Built a system some months back and my power supply is faulty I think. In the bios and pcprobe it says the 12v is only 11.8 and dips to 11.73 sometimes. I RMAed it and they said it was fine. I figure I need a new power supply though. This is what I got...

My roommate got the same one and his works fine so thats kind of annoy but anyway...
My computer is a
AMD x2 6000
2 gigs of patriot 800mhz duel channel ram
2 160g WD caviar 7200rpm sata 3.0g drives
1 DVD burner
1 DVD reader
and a poopy 7300gt

This is the PS I am thinking about getting

So because the 12v is lacking I think I should get a new PS and I've been looking on newegg and there is one that has 560 or so reviews and looks to be like a quality product. What do you think of it and do you have any other suggestions?? I don't really know much about PS or the good brands to stick to so any help would be much appreciated. Thanks for your help guys :)

CoolerMaster is on Tier-5 ("Do not buy") on the list at http://www.tomswiki.com/page/Tiered+PSU+Listings?t=anon. Choose one from Tier-3 or better.
That said, what problems are you experiencing? Low voltage measurements on an otherwise functional system could mean nothing more than inaccurate readings.
