Password reverted and programs missing

Hello,

We recently moved a computer from one location to another and when we booted it back up, we had to enter the password from 2 password changes ago to gain access. Additionally, while all files seem to be there, our Quickbooks program was missing and our LAN is not working properly.

Curious: Was this move via a moving Co whereby someone had access to your computer ? Systems don't just act like that, moving from place to place.
