Seagate barracuda 7200 9 160 gb restore to factory settings

please help me set this back to factory settings? it came out of a dell and its going into my home rebuild!

What factory settings? If you mean the OS, you cannot legally move the Windows that came with the Dell to the new computer... it must remain with the Dell. The Dell restore CD will not work on anything but a Dell.
