What could be wrong...?

Hey everyone, my first post here.
Wanted to asked something about the tests i was looking at this site. I saw that in these tests the 8800GT 512 could run Oblivion in particular at 1280x1024 with AAx4 and AFx16 and the FPS were around 70+. Was wondering, what about the other settings ? Distance, grass, shadows etc. Is everything maxed out too, cause i got a 8800GT 512 yesterday and using those settings gave me below 20 FPS for sure and my system isnt bad at all.

CPU INTEL CORE 2 DUO E6750 + ZALMAN 9500 LED COOLER
ASUS 8800GT 512
RAM DDR2 2GB GEIL B-DRAGON 5-5-5
HDD IDE 160GB WESTERN 7200 RPM-8MB CACHE
**PSU CHIEFTEC 450W-24PIN**

Could the PSU be the cause of this ? I've been thinking about that too but they have told me that it is more than enough. Thanks in advance.

A unstable psu can cause performance issues, but i doubt it in your case, 450 is enough, although more the merryer. I assume toms hardware would max everything out although they usually include conditions in the graph etc.

I'm using XP at the moment. Sorry i forgot to point that out. Seems strange that there could be a performance drop of 50 FPS or so. I'm guessing something is wrong but i got no clue what it is
