Anyone know this prime95 error code?

Hi guys,


I got this error code after doing the large fft test on prime after 6 hrs

FATAL ERROR: Final result was 282047A2, expected: 1A922371.
Hardware failure detected, consult stress.txt file.


the funny thing is, that on the blend test i had no failures for 25 hrs. can some one enlighten me on this please. Thanks in advance.

dell xps 630
e8400 oc. 3.6
1.25 vcore
650i motherboard
4 gig of samsung ram 800mhz
nvidia 8800gt

probably needs more vcore, and I would test with small ffts, to see if cpu is stable.
