would be better to enhance just the fsb, so 9,5*400 = 3800, or make a 9*400= 3600?

Try the highest you can get. Most people just change the FSB without lowering the multiplier.

ok now i'm writing with 9x400
but there is a problem.. core temps differs, a LOT!
under stress i achieved 53-55 #1core temp
and 64-67 #2...
is it normal?
VCore by now is 1.19-1.21
i'll try to pick a lil bit lower

A difference up to 10ยบ is okay.
You can try reapplying thermal paste and reseating the heatsink.
Go to the arcticsilver.com website and follow the directions on applying a line of thermal paste.

On my asus mb (p5k pro, e8400) to get to 400 fsb all I had to do was raise the fsb to 400 to get into windows. I then ran prime95 (a stress test freeware program) and monitored temp with real temp. (also freeware)
Vcore voltage on auto.
This proved to be not stable. I was also running asus probe to monitor voltages while prime 95 was running the voltage was 1.04 (or 1.06 I can never remember).
Anyway I went back to bios and manually set cpu voltage to 1.10
The system became stable and vore was 1.08.
The reason for sharing this is it is a good place to start and my system doesn't like overvolt any more than undervolt.
My mb also (un)officially supports 1600 fsb. if yours doesn't then recommend disable transaction booster.
also disable cpu and pcie spread spectrum when OCing.

By now it seems to be all okay..
I've got just a problem.. sometime windows gives me a blue screen with 0x0000007F error, i'm trying to disable all the new software installed to get stable, but overclock is fine :)
Ty for you support m8s :D
Now it's time for my new beast, to rock a bit on crysis :pt1cable:
