Hey I recently got a new EQS board and every time I overclock and save settings in bios and reset it comes up with cmos check sum error, loading default. How can I get around this problem? Thanks

maybe you have a setting it doesn't like, and is auto recovering? If not, try just re flashing the Bios with whatever the newest one is for your board.

loosen the ram timing means changing from 4 to 5. when you "lower" it means changing from a higher number to a lower number, and this is tightening.

i think you just got it the other way round.
