Multipass F60 printer problem...

Hello,my multipass F60 printers alarm light will not go off no matter what i do, and it will not print,but will still scan so it still connects with the computer.Anyone that can help would be great thanks....

paper jam inside printer? lid of printer not closed? Print head clogged with dried ink? print cartridge empty? printer out of paper?
Is there a message in the LCD display?
Press the Resume button, does the light go out?
Unplug printer from power wait 30 seconds, plug it back in, did the light go out?
