PIV upgrade question

I have one Pentium IV 1600 mhz socket 475, now i can buy a Pentium IV 2000 mhz socket 475, can i do it the motherboard take it?

You mean socket 478. Please list your board make and model, or use your favorite search engine to find the manufacturer's webpage for your board. It should have a "cpu support" section somewhere.

yes it is 478, and in manual says it supports, solved.
