Alright, currently I have this: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835185042 . I'm looking for a fan to replace the 120mm on it. I don't care about noise, I want a fan that can pull some serious heat off the CPU.

Scythe Ultra Kaze are pretty good.

Delta fans are good but expensive

Your current fan already pulls 49CFM, which is pretty good. If I were you, I would be looking for a new heatsink rather than just a new fan.

You can try this Yate Loon fan, which has rated 88CFM.

However, since 120mm fans are meant to be slow and quiet, so I still recommend you getting a new heatsink. 40dBA is pretty loud.

yomamafor1 is probably right. The fan is probably not holding you back temp. wise.
Its most likely the cooler. Upgrading that will give much better performance
