CMD is broken?

Hello, i am trying the command ipconfig and it wont work. i went to run and typed ipconfig and cmd opened and closed. i opened cmd and typed ipconfig and it said
"C:\Documents and Settings\Jesse>ipconfig
'ipconfig' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file."


I know it is ipconfig and it is a valid command for sure lol

Search for the file ipconfig.exe. It should be in the system32 folder. If not, then it obviously would not work.

I'm guessing it is missing, so you could probably get a new one from a friends computer.
