The main two sites I'm considering are Tankguys and PCs for Everyone.

I asked PCs for everyone and they said they plan to ship all BOs on the 22nd. I could buy the proc there for cheaper and sooner. Ive put 5 dollars on Tankguys to get it as well. Anyone has some insight? Followin are the links:

So it looks to me like he wasn't assuming they were out already, rather asking where should he buy from when they are.

Buy from whatever site you like! Any major etailer is a safe bet. Personally I am going with whoever has the lowest price, or has them for sale the soonest (if just a few $ more) =)
