Lenovo laptop screen is black when i turn it on with just a pointer

how to fix it....
i hv already shut it down forcefully...
and switch it on again and star it in safe mood...
bt it willl appear in black screen with writing safemood,safemood.........

Looks like you will have to boot using Win CD or get on a working computer and burn a rescue CD to boot from.

You'll probaby need to run at least a Repair setup of Windows using your disk.
