Hi

Anyone suggest a very basic PCIe card that will do video offload... Its for a guy who might want to watch x264 stuff (on a 1440x920 TFT) but no gaming!! Looking around the £30.00 ($60.00) mark I guess... I hear ATI is better for video decoding just now... ATI 2400 series any good for this role?
