Hi,

Trying to install a 1GB double-sided 3200 400mhz memory onto my MSI K8N Neo4 F Mobo.

Already have 1GB memory, same type already installed. However, after reading the manual and installing my 2nd chip in slot 2 as it says (in an attempt to run dual-channel) - Windows says I have 2Gb memory but on the start up screen, it says it only finds 1 400mhz single-channel.

Oh and SIW thinks that the newer board is only 4MB!

Can you help?

Have you tried a different slot? Also, check your RAM BIOS settings
