Why my multi card reader only generate 1 drive letter?

I bought a card reader - Elephant Card Reader (CUBE). It has 4 different card slots. After I plugged into the computer, it only generates 1 drive letter only. My old card reader has 4 slots with 4 drive letters. What's the problem?

Only one drive letter is required if you can use a single card at a time. That's probably the case if it's a very small external device connected to a USB port.

the Elephant card reader is like this

it doesn't have any driver included (which i think it isn't needed for most card readers)

Is this a card reader hardware problem? (coz usually there are 4 drive letters for card reader)

As ghislaing said, if only 1 card can be used at a time, only 1 letter will be needed. Other than that, maybe you need to put a card in for a drive letter to be assigned ...
