:How to Restore Palm from Mac OS X?
Just do a normal HotSync right after the hard reset and use your original
HotSync name.
Of course, if you are more than a newbie then first you should examine and
clean up your Backup directory since it has all the files you ever backed up
and most likely many of them you don't want to see again on your Palm.
Of course, if you were not a newbie, you wouldn't have asked the question in
the 1st place.
So just go ahead and HotSync.
Even if you are a newbie, I recommend that you make a copy of your Backup
directory before you do anything else.

Thank you very much. This was a very easy process.
Cheers
