I just put my rig together but it looks like the vga hookup on the back of the mobo is a male end, I tried booting with my 7950GT but I get no display.

Also when i first booted it powered up twice then stayed on the third time.

You do not have a video port on the DS3L as it does not come with on board video. The 9 pin male D-sub connector you see is a serial port. A video port would be a 15 pin miniature D-sub with 3 rows of sockets instead of pins. http://www.newegg.com/Product/ShowImage.aspx?CurImage=13-128-059-03.jpg&Image=13-128-059-02.jpg%2c13-128-059-03.jpg%2c13-128-059-04.jpg%2c13-128-059-05.jpg%2c13-128-059-06.jpg%2c13-128-059-07.jpg%2c13-128-059-08.jpg&S7ImageFlag=0&Depa=0&Description=GIGABYTE+GA-P35-DS3L+ATX+All+Solid+Capacitor+Intel+Motherboard
