Hello,
When I hit control alt delete it just brings up the main box but nothing else. How do I get the rest up, cpu usage etc.

Any help greatfully received.

You should see tabs for the other options. The CPU usage graph is under the 'performance' tab.

if you are not getting the file, options tab and also process and applications tab if you double click on the border it should bring all those back.

If you do see them and this does not ans your question then idk what you are asking
