I am looking for a solution to connect my PowerBook to a Treo 600. I now
use WirelessModem on my Treo 270 and I expect to be the happy owner of a
Treo 600 sometime next week.

But WirelessModem apparently does not work like this anymore on the 600.
Because the wiring inside has changed? It can't use the Hotsync cable
anymore, it has to use some extra serial cable or something.

Now I have heard of tethered mode. What is that really? Is that a
solution or does that still require a serial cable. I really like the
Sync&Charge cable I bought from Treocentral.

The PDANet solution works only for Windows I understood.
