What is the best DLP available today?

...based upon chipset, color wheel, features, repair record, picture
quality.

The soon-to-be released 1080i DLPs looks exciting. CNET says that
they're sharper than exisitig DLPs. Aside from the obvious cost saving,
why should I buy an exisiting 720p DLP television?
