I'm going to be build a system very soon and have been debating over a motherboard. Between these two boards which one would you choose. The pricing is very similar.

GIGABYTE GA-EP35-DS3P LGA 775

Or

ABIT IP35 Pro LGA 775

I plan on using an Q6600 processor and 4 gigs of ram in 2 sticks.
If you have any memory suggestions, brand and type it will be appreciated.

As for RAM get this:

Its not the best OCing RAM but its pretty cheap and comes in 2*2GB.

I would go with Gigabyte. I recently built 2 systems and went with Giagabyte in both (GA-P35-DS4 & GA-M68SM-S2). Last year I used an ASUS P5B-E and I like the Gigabyte board better.

I use Corsair XMS2 TWIN2X2048-6400C4 ram
