Upgrade possibilities from Pentium D 2.8ghz

Greetings,

I am running a pentium d processor (2.80ghz).

I bought the system from dell some time ago, and I am enquiring whether it is possible to "drop in " a core 2 duo into the exisiting mobo. i dont know the exact type of mobo either, though the dell model is dimension 9150.

Also, would i need to upgrade anything else to facilitate the upgrade?

ok, so mobo wise I gots a dell 0FJO30.
