I am about the start overclocking, but I noticed my NB Temp is around 54 degrees. Is this safe? How hot can the NB get safely?

I'm a little concerned because during my overclocking Q9450 to 3.2GHZ attempts, my NB Temp hovers around 63%...

Maybe it is because I have 2x Radeon 4870s installed and I think the heat sensor is right by the video card slots... :p

I have 2 HD4870X2's in quadcrossfire.
This would be the answer if true.
My NB hits 60 degrees on load.
I have the Asus ROG Extreme II X58 MB.
My I7 920 is overclocked to 3.8ghz.

I have 6 X 180mm Intake Fans.
2 X 240 Extraction Fans.
Heat sink and fan on the 6gb of DDR3
Heavy duty Antec CPU heat sink and fan.
1KW PSU with Good extraction.
2 X GPU fans upped to 75% speed.

So, as you can see, plenty of air movement around a massive case. (Xclio Supertower).
(plenty of noise as you can probably imagine).

Think I need to go liquid.
(3Dmark'06 score 25,431).

My NB temps are high as well, if I dont run default clock speeds it will idle around 60 and if I overclock to 3.6 - 4.2ghz it gets up to 70C which scares me so I just run my cpu at stock settings, Is there some kind of voltage I can change in my bios to lower the NB temps?
