Asus maximus formula
quad Q6600
4-1GB Crucial Ballistix DDR2 800
Sapphire radeon 3870
Vista 64bit
PC Power and Cooling 610watt
OEM DVD/CD, OEM hard drive

After building system I upgraded BIOS, drivers, and utilities. System crashed at random times.
Then wouldn't reboot. It started to boot, after 4 seconds shut down, and then turned itself on and off.
Poster message"CPU INIT"
Finally got it to start up but continues to crash.
Changed memory sticks around(pulled two out), ran memory test program. Test crashed after giving message"Hardware Problems were detected" . After starting, Windows lists -MemDiagV1 bucket ID 5014495 . I get same crash and error with all combinations of memory while running test.
Any help or ideas would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

Burn this on floppy/cd/dvd:

Boot it up & if there's any error, something is wrong with your ram settings. 1st thing I'd do is up the ram voltage to 2.0v since it's running 4x1gb.
