hi i foundout 1 strange thing about HDDs. actually Hitachi drives
i have p35 DS3L board, E4400 OCed to 3.15 from 2.00
i also have 1 Hitachi, and 1 WD 320GBs each, both 8months old.
i always hear motor when i turn on the pc, i knew its HDDs but i heard 1 and other one few secs later.
so i listened carefully at each drives. and foundout WD drive starts to spin right after when i hit the power button
and after about 5 secs, Hitachi starts up.

are your drives(Hitachi) doing this too? is it only Hitachi?
