I plan on getting a 9 series card and upgrading to a full case, but the key thing i need to know is what kind of power supply do i need? http://www.newegg.com/Product/Prod [...] 6817139006

How many amps do i need etc.

Spec for 9 series cards aint official yet. If you are buying a PSU for your videocard its best to wait until your card comes out. If I were to guess I would say for a single card both those power supplies would be overkill. If its a dual card thing you would prolly be off to a good start with the PC Power & Cooling PSU but like I said its best to wait until the card you are waiting for comes out.
