Right mouse click suddenly not working

Today I started my computer and my right mouse click button isn't working at all! It was fine yesterday but now it doesn't work on the internet or on any area of my computer. Do I need a new mouse or did I disable something?

Try sfc /scannow from CMD Prompt.
