Error installing new hardware

Hello,
everytime i start my pc. the wizard always appear on tne screen. FOUND NEW HARDWARE WIZARD. generic volume. the system can not find the file spesified. In my device manager no yellow warning.

Did you use "show hidden devices?" If not try that, and uninstall or disable any devices with question marks or exclamation points.
