do i need to use these pci-e power inputs to power up the powerful graphics card i never had a card like this before .i dont wanna blow it any suggestion to how to install this card properly?

Yes you do, thats why there there. Your PSU should have a minumum of 30amps on the 12 volt rail. Don't even think about getting a cheap PSU, it will cause damage over time.
